At Fringe & Form, we are committed to providing a secure, transparent, and seamless shopping experience. Please review our payment terms carefully before completing your purchase.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is applied to all applicable purchases in accordance with state and local laws. The appropriate sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

All payments are processed securely at the time your order is placed.
Payment Authorization & Order Processing
By placing an order, you authorize Fringe & Form to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
- Orders are processed only after payment authorization and verification are completed.
- Orders will not ship until payment has been successfully approved.
- Fringe & Form reserves the right to cancel or hold any order that cannot be verified or appears fraudulent.
Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling charges:
- Are calculated at checkout
- Are non-refundable
- Are the customer’s responsibility for all outbound and return shipments
Shipping eligibility, rates, and delivery timelines are outlined in our Shipping Policy and vary based on order value, item type (e.g., shoes), and destination.
Refunds & Store Credit
All approved returns are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
- Approved returns are issued as store credit only
- Store credit is provided in the form of a Fringe & Form gift card
- Store credit does not expire and may be used online or in-store
- A $10 restocking fee per item will be deducted from the issued store credit
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe there is an error or concern with your charge, we kindly ask that you contact us directly at info@fringe-form.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and may result in:
- Suspension of future purchasing privileges
- Loss of eligibility for store credit or returns
We are happy to review and resolve concerns whenever possible.
Fraud Prevention
For the protection of our customers and our business, all orders are subject to verification. Fringe & Form reserves the right to:
- Request additional verification
- Cancel orders suspected of fraud
- Refuse service in cases of repeated chargebacks or policy abuse
Shipping Policy — Online Orders
Where We Ship
Fringe-Form.com ships within the United States and Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) once payment is authorized.
For fastest processing, we recommend placing orders by 2 PM EST.
Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping is sent via USPS First-Class or Priority Mail. Delivery times vary by location.

- Flat rate $8.95
- Shoes: $14.95
- Orders over $350
- Free Standard Shipping (after discounts)
Please Note:
- Free shipping applies after promotions or discounts
- Gift cards, packaging, taxes, and prior purchases do not qualify toward shipping minimums
- Additional charges apply for expedited shipping or shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico
